Q: Why the signal is poor on my doorbell?
A: Keep the doorbell in range of the router. Thick or insulated doors can greatly reduce strength of your wifi signal even if your router is close by. This wifi doorbell can only be connected to a 2.4GHz network, not a 5GHz network.
Q: Why I disconnect the doorbell it does not working?
A: Tear off the insulation sheet on the bottom of battery, and make sure the full charge for 4-6 hours before first use. Then try to restart it again.specification
